A Note for the Military Community: Finally—Your moving experience is paying off.

Traditional agents provide guidance and make recommendations while also providing additional coordination with vendors. You can think of our software service as a For Sale By Owner platform or DIY real estate transaction website. While we'll provide information about traditional real estate etiquette (such as How much to put down as an Earnest Money Deposit or How to Decide on a List Price), we prefer to present you with your options and let you determine the best decision for your circumstances without steering.

No. Direct Sale is designed for two parties coordinating directly. If either side wants or has agent representation, they’ll be responsible for paying their agent as negotiated in the contract.
The fee is reduced by or credited 5% for the military member and reduced by or credited by a total of 15% when both parties are military members.
While we work with licensed attorneys and title companies to ensure legally compliant contracts, disclosures, and contingencies, we are careful not to make recommendations. While we do have and have held real estate licenses, we are careful to avoid crossing into the threshold of providing real estate advice that would constitute agency or representation.
