Pricing

One flat fee. Paid only when you close.

No commissions, no tiers, no contracts. Signing up and using the platform is free. If your transaction closes, you pay one flat success fee at settlement — the same amount whether the home sells for $300,000 or $1,000,000. If it doesn't close, you owe nothing.

Simple, success-based pricing

Free to start. Pay only when you close.

One flat fee, everything included — no tiers, no contracts, cancel anytime. You only pay if your transaction actually closes, and the fee is the same whether the home sells for $300,000 or $1,000,000.

One flat fee · Everything included
$4,995

Everything you need to list, show, negotiate, and close — paid at settlement, only if your home sells.

  • Listing plus identity & financing verification (ID.me)
  • Showing scheduler and offer & negotiation tools
  • Compliant purchase agreement with DocuSign
  • Transaction tracking and learning library
  • A coordinator managing your timeline & deadlines
  • Lender coordination from accepted offer to closing
  • Built for military PCS, first-timers & remote moves

Want extras? Optional add-ons — like a seller package with lockbox, yard sign, and flyers — are available through the platform, bundled or à la carte. Never required.

Compare that to a traditional agent: even at 5–6% commission, a $500,000 home runs roughly $27,000–$30,000 — money that leaves the deal entirely.

Free to sign up — you only pay if your transaction closes. Military discounts available: 5% for one service member, 15% if both parties serve.

The fine print, in plain English

What the fee does and doesn't cover

You pay at settlement, not up front

The $4,995 fee is collected at closing by the title company, out of the proceeds. There's nothing to pay to sign up, list, show, or negotiate.

Buyers browse and make offers free

Every listing is free to browse, tour, and make offers on. There is no buyer's commission and no fee to use the offer tools.

Military discounts

5% off for a single military service member, and 15% off when the transaction is between two service members. See our military & PCS resources.

Third-party costs are separate

Title and settlement charges, inspections, appraisals, and your lender's fees are paid to those providers directly, just as they would be with an agent.
