No. Direct Sale is designed for two parties coordinating directly. If either side wants or has agent representation, they’ll be responsible for paying their own agent as negotiated in the contract.
The fee is reduced by or credited 5% for the military member and reduced by or credited by a total of 15% when both parties are military members.
