For local pros

Be there at the exact moment they need you.

Aloha My Home walks buyers and sellers through every step of their transaction — and when a step calls for a photographer, stager, inspector, mover, or title company, we show them our vendors. Register your business, get approved, and meet homeowners when the work is ready to hire.

Register your BusinessFree to list. No commissions, no per-lead fees. Already a vendor? Sign in.

Your customers are already on Aloha. They're just not seeing you yet.

Every homeowner on the platform is actively buying or selling — not idly browsing. When their checklist says "get listing photos" or "schedule the inspection," that's not a maybe-someday lead. That's a job that needs doing this week, and Aloha puts approved local vendors right next to it.

How it works

From registration to booked work, in three steps.

1

Register your business

Create your profile in minutes: the categories you serve, your service area, and your individual services with your pricing — fixed, starting-at, hourly, or by quote. You control every word and every number.

2

Get approved

Our team reviews every vendor before they appear. Buyers and sellers see a curated marketplace of real local businesses — not a pay-to-enter free-for-all — and that credibility works in your favor.

3

Get discovered — and get leads

Appear in the Aloha marketplace with your services and prices. Interested homeowners request an intro and land straight in your lead inbox and email, with the service they want already named.

What you get

Built to win you work, not clicks.

The right moment, not a cold list

Sponsored vendors appear inside the exact step where their service is needed — photography at listing prep, title at closing. No chasing homeowners who were "just looking."

Your services, your prices

List each offering the way you sell it — packages, hourly rates, or quote-only. Homeowners reach out about a specific service, so every lead arrives pre-qualified by intent.

A lead inbox that respects your time

Requests come with a name, contact info, and what they need. They land in your portal and your email the moment they're sent — and fast replies win the work.

Numbers you can trust

See exactly how often your business was shown, clicked, and contacted — counted by us, on our platform, not inferred by a third-party pixel. You'll know precisely what your sponsorship earns.

The cost

Free to list. Flat fee to stand out.

Every approved vendor gets a marketplace listing, a public profile, and the lead inbox — free. Sponsorship is simple advertising: one flat monthly fee for placement, never a cut of your work.

Lead-gen marketplaces
Pay per lead

You pay for every contact — real or not — often while the same lead is sold to four competitors. Your cost scales with their clicks, not your jobs.

Aloha sponsorship
Flat monthly

Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers place your business inside the buying and selling journey, clearly labeled as sponsored. Predictable cost, cancel anytime — and leads are never charged for.

Sponsorship is advertising placement, not endorsement — and it never depends on how many leads or jobs you get.

Fair questions

The things you're probably wondering.

What does the free listing actually include?

A full public profile — logo, description, service area, and every service with your pricing — in the Aloha marketplace, plus the lead inbox and email notifications. Sponsorship only changes where and how prominently you appear, not what your profile can do.

Do you take a percentage of the jobs I win?

No. Never. You're not paying us per lead, per booking, or per closed job. The only thing for sale is flat-fee advertising placement. What you charge your customers is between you and them.

Who gets approved?

Real, local businesses with a complete profile — a genuine description, working contact info, and license details where your trade requires one. We review every registration by hand; thin or throwaway profiles get sent back with a note about what to fix, and you can resubmit.

How do leads work?

A homeowner viewing your profile picks a service and requests an intro. You get their name, contact info, and message instantly — in your portal and by email. From there it's your customer relationship: you reply directly and close the work the way you always have.

Why don't some vendor types have the request-an-intro button?

For certain settlement-related services — like lenders and title companies — homeowners connect through your website or phone number instead, in line with real estate regulations. Those profiles still appear in the marketplace and in sponsored placement.

Can I cancel my sponsorship?

Anytime. Your tier stays active through the period you've paid for, then your business simply returns to its free listing. Your profile, services, and lead history all stay put.

Meet your next customer at the moment they need you.

Register your business, build your profile, and get in front of homeowners who are actively buying and selling — starting with a free listing.

P.S. Approval usually takes a couple of business days — and your profile can be fully built, services and all, before we've even finished reviewing it.
