Some vendors may pay for a labelled position, or a flat fee when you book them through the app. None of them pay for your choice, none pay a share of what you spend, and none pay anything when your loan or your sale closes. You can use any vendor you like, including ones we've never heard of.

What they may pay: a flat fee when you choose to share your contact and project details with them. You pick who gets them, up to three, and we tell each one who else did.

What they may pay: a fixed amount set by their affiliate programme when you click through or sign up. The link tells them it was you; nothing else about you is shared.
What they never pay: a percentage of your premium or purchase.

What they may pay: a monthly fee for one labelled position in one area. Lenders may also pay a flat fee when you start a pre-approval with them from inside the app.
