Aloha My Home is a self-guided, end-to-end real estate transaction tool. You can search and list properties, make and negotiate offers, sign contracts, and get to closing–all online through Aloha My Home. Whether you're buying or selling a property, you can do it here.

No. We do not represent either party to the transaction. Our goal is to provide you with information about the process and empower you to make decisions on your own behalf.

We're currently only operating in Virginia but will be expanding to other states soon. Have a preference for where we go first? Send us an email at aloha@alohamyhome.com!

For buyers, we're free. For sellers, we charge a flat $995 at closing. You read that right. $350,000? $995. $1,000,000? Still $995. When sellers aren't paying 6% in commissions, buyers aren't paying inflated purchase prices. In other words, both parties win.

Aloha My Home was designed with first-time homebuyers in mind! Once you log in and click "Buy a house," the transaction is broken down into 3 Steps with a series of tasks that have to be completed for each (think TurboTax for real estate transactions). Click on any task and it'll have commonly asked questions answered such as What can I afford?, What will my down payment be?, and What kind of loan should I get? Still have more questions? Send us an email at aloha@alohamyhome.com!

Check out our library for details! You'll list your property with no obligation: No paperwork to sign, and you only pay if you close. Want a free sign for your yard to help advertise your property? Send us an email at aloha@alohamyhome.com!

At this time, Aloha My Home only conducts direct buyer-seller transactions.

Send us an email at aloha@alohamyhome.com! Whether you need metaphorical or physical hand holding, we're here for you.
