If the transaction requires the same amount of effort on our part, we charge you the same amount to close. What does that mean for you? Anything you negotiate is yours to keep!

If you're buying...
First, sign up for free and begin scheduling showings. Once you find a property you like, you can make an offer directly online. When you come to an agreement with a seller, the paperwork will be routed to a title company for processing, and closing. The best part? It's free for buyers!

First, sign up for free to begin receiving showing requests. Buyers can make offers directly to you online, which you can accept, negotiate, or decline. Once you come to an agreement, the paperwork will be routed to a title company for processing, and closing. Sellers pay a flat $995 to Aloha My Home at closing.

Aloha My Home currently supports only Buyer-Seller Direct transactions, sometimes referred to as For Sale By Owner (FSBO).

With the exception of the offers feature, Aloha My Home is currently operational in all states. Presently only properties in Virginia are able to accept offers. We intend to expand as requested by popular demand.
