Three ways to buy or sell a home in Virginia, side by side. Aloha My Home offers what an agent offers — structure, marketing, contracts, and a team — for a flat fee, and you stay in charge of the decisions.
Free to claim your property. Pay $995 when you order your marketing package, and the rest at settlement. No commitment, no exclusivity.
Commission figures are typical ranges and vary by brokerage and agreement. Aloha My Home is a technology platform, not a licensed brokerage.

"After five home purchases and thousands paid in commissions — for work we'd largely done ourselves — discovering Aloha My Home was a game changer. When we bought our retirement home in Virginia Beach, the experience was outstanding: a system that empowers buyers while still giving real support at every step. We bought our forever home without paying over $30,000 in traditional realtor fees."
Every phase of the transaction — explained in plain English and tracked for you in your dashboard.
Founder's NoteAloha My Home started with a receipt — or more specifically, many very expensive receipts. Every time my family bought or sold a home, we paid tens of thousands of dollars for work we largely did ourselves. I got my real estate license to limit the number of commissions and keep our small real estate business afloat. While buying or selling a home is a significant event, over time I realized it isn't rocket science. What most people are missing is twofold: the education that enables them to make quality decisions on their own behalf without bias and 2. The structure to ensure the transaction goes smoothly. That's what we've built, and I'm excited to share it with you.
