About us

Aloha means hello and goodbye. We're here for both.

Aloha My Home is a Virginia proptech company with one job: getting your home sale or purchase from "we found each other" to the closing table — showings, offers, contracts, title, and settlement — for one flat fee instead of a commission. Buyers saying hello to a home, sellers saying goodbye to one: that's the name.

Our story

We started with a receipt. Our founder, Rebeka Skogsberg, bought and sold homes with her family and paid tens of thousands of dollars in commissions each time, for work they had largely done themselves.

She got her real estate license to stop the bleeding, and learned that what most people are missing isn't an agent. It's two things: plain-English education, so you can make good decisions without anyone's bias, and a structure that keeps the transaction on schedule.

So we built both — a step-by-step plan that lives in your dashboard, a transaction team that has done this before, a learning library, and local professionals, license-checked, that you can book from inside your plan.

We're a technology platform, not a brokerage, and we're based in Tysons Corner, Virginia — not Honolulu.
